What a Friday morning looks like
Four Fridays, 9.30 to 12, ten places. Nobody sits and listens for two and a half hours. You'll be working on your own idea most of the time.

Welcome and introductions
Round the table, everyone says their name and the thing they can't get past. If you haven't got an idea yet, that's the thing you say.

A short bit of teaching
Twenty minutes, worked through on the screen with a real example. Plain English, no jargon.

You write your own
Your idea, your customer, your one line. I come round and sit with each of you.

Pairs, then a break
You explain your idea to one other person, and they say it back in their own words. You find out fast whether it makes sense to a stranger.

Back to it, then share
A second piece of work, then everyone reads theirs out. By then you've said it twice, so it's far less frightening than it sounds.

Not a folder of notes. An actual page with your business on it.

Four sessions of three hours, one a week, twelve hours in total. Ten people maximum, so when you get stuck I'm there. No coding, on this or any of my courses. If you can type a sentence you can do everything we do in the room.

A short bit of teaching on what the tool does and how to talk to it. Then you spend most of the time on your own business, with your own prices, services and photos, while I come round.

A website you can change whenever you like. A month of social posts, plus the recipe to keep making them. Quote, invoice and email templates that sound like you. An assistant that answers questions using your own prices. A clear head on which tools are free and which are worth paying for.
